FDDI launching 24 weeks resettlement course for defense personnel

 FDDI - Footwear Design and Development Institute -  is an Institute of National Importance (INI) under Ministry of Commerce, Government of India. The Institute is working on designing a 24 weeks program for defense professionals which will enhance their skills to compete in job market for getting employment or starting their own business after completing their tenure in Indian Army.

The course targeting personnel aged 34-53 years aims at enhancing their managerial skills, closing the gap between their skillsets and required skills in civilian environment and also enhancing their IT skills so that they can handle latest and relevant software for managing.

Faculty Retail of FDDI Ms. Renu Sharma, threw light on these topics talking to the Editor.
